Here at Orchard Veterinary Centre we are proud to have been awarded Outstanding in Client Service following the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon, Practice Standards Scheme.

This acknowledges the whole team’s hard work to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. We are passionate at providing excellent care to both our patients but also their owners. We aim to invest in all of our team with continuous training in every area from reception, the first point of client contact right through to our nurses and veterinary surgeons, to ensure this is achieved.

Disabled access

Here at Orchard Veterinary Centre we wish welcome all clients and their pets. For ease of access if you have a blue badge we have designated disable parking within our customer car park located on Perry Road. Should you wish for any assistance please contact our friendly reception team prior to you visit so we can help to accommodate your needs.

Please note:

There is building work going on at the adjacent land to us on Perry Road, Sherwood. Our present car park access road is closed the new road/access point will be between the old (derelict) building next to Orchard Veterinary Centre and the land they are building on, off Perry Road itself.

General customer parking

Our customer car park is located off Victoria Road behind the surgery which fronts onto Perry Road (there is an entrance from both sides of the building). We have spaces which are reserved for client parking.
